I ended up using coming here for an emergency repair. Turned into a fairly involved project which sucked, but the service was good. Communication was excellent and considering I came in for an unscheduled repair the car was worked on right away. What I thought stood out was Ralph calling consistently as the repair evolved and saving the parts that needed to be replaced so I could see what had been done and why. When the final cost exceeded what was initially quoted he went out of his way to find discounts to bring the cost back to what was originally planned. Felt good about the experience and Ill be going back.
