The staff at Active on Upper James have always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Only necessary work has ever been done on any of my vehicles. A couple of times they didn't even charge for the inspection. Highly recommended.

I'm annoyed that Active Green changed the policy on winter tire swaps - only valid at purchase location, which is now a hassle. The owners at 186 did the right thing and honored the deal. We like them but will not buy tires at Active again.
