COVERAGE
Active Green + Ross We Will Not Be Undersold On Tires and 30 day Price Protection Guarantee covers all Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal and/or Yokohama Passenger, Performance, and Light Truck tires sold by Active Green + Ross. If a qualifying tire purchased at Active Green + Ross goes on sale or is advertised at a lower price within 30 days from the original date of purchase by any Michelin/Yokohama authorized tire retailer, Active Green + Ross will provide an instant credit for the difference in price, plus an additional $2.50 per tire. Active Green + Ross will not knowingly be undersold on tires.

MAKING A CLAIM
If any qualified tire purchased at Active Green + Ross is advertised at a lower price within 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer can make a claim as follows: Bring the original purchase invoice and a copy of the competitors advertised price for the exact same product to the original place of purchase and the Active Green + Ross store will provide you with an instant rebate for the difference in price plus provide the customer with an additional $2.50 per tire purchased.

CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Customer must return to the original place of purchase. The advertised tires must be available within a 50 km radius of the Active Green+Ross store and in stock to be purchased and picked up by Active Green + Ross if so required.

Active Green + Ross 30 Day Price Protection guarantee does not apply to the following:  

• Blemish (Blem) Tires
• Boxing Day/Black Friday/Holiday Sales/Parking Lot/Liquidation/Clearance Sales
• Discontinued Tire Product Lines
• Private Label Brand Tires
• Purchases past 30 days from the original date of purchase
• Tires purchased outside of the Active Green + Ross trade area (outside of Ontario)
• Tires with DOT numbers removed from the sidewall
• Used Tires
• Tires purchased from online businesses or wholesalers
• Tire or Wheel Offers in conjunction with a new vehicle purchase or lease from an OEM Car Dealership.
• Manufacturer tire rebates or promotions that exclude Active Green + Ross
• Active Green + Ross does not price match consumer rebates on less than 4 tires, or where tire manufacturer rebate doesn’t apply.
• Any tires replaced under warranty by the tire manufacturer, supplier or retailer
• Labor charges, small parts, environmental, or other miscellaneous charges.
